We use Fresh Thinking to bring you Joyful Eating.
Are you confused about what, when and how to eat? At Mint Nutrition we demystify and simplify, putting the joy back into eating. We use fresh thinking and individualised treatment plans to coach you to feel great in your body and mind and transform your relationship with food.
A FRESH APPROACH TO EATING
With our guidance, refresh what and how you eat. Enjoy the freedom of no longer having to stress about food or your health when you understand the psychology around your eating and how to better nourish your body. Whether you have weight concerns, suffer from a chronic condition, feel sluggish or are simply overwhelmed by all the conflicting information out there, we can help you get your eating back on track.
DIETITIANS WHO DON’T BELIEVE IN DIETING
We use a non-diet approach to eating. That’s right. No calorie counting, no banned foods, no meal substitutes. As dietitians we know that dieting and fad diets don’t work. What does work is balancing what you eat and helping you shift your thinking and behaviour around food. Observing clients who’ve turned their lives around using our methods, confirms that our strategies work.
HOW A MINT CLINIC WORKS
At your first session, it’s all about getting to know you and you connecting with us.
We do our best to put you at ease. As your treatment plan will be customised, we start with you and what brought you here. Learning about your medical history is important but so too your social setting, family culture and what, why and how you eat. At the end of the session we provide initial feedback and let you know how we might be able to help you. We also explain how we work.

“Freedom from obsession is not about something you do; it’s about knowing who you are. It’s about recognizing what sustains you and what exhausts you. What you love and what you think you love because you believe you can’t have it. ”
